What's the difference between counselling and coaching?

Counselling focuses on emotional well-being, mental health, and personal challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, and burnout. It is therapeutic, reflective, and helps you understand, process, and heal what you’re experiencing.

Coaching is future-focused and goal-oriented. It supports professional growth, managing workplace challenges, leadership development, performance enhancements, and clarity in decision-making. Coaching helps you plan, take action, and move toward specific goals.

How do I book an appointment?

Individual Counselling:
You can book directly with any therapist through our secure online system. If you’re unsure who to choose, an optional free 15-minute phone call is available. Book Now

Couples Counselling:
Start with a required 15-minute phone call. After the call, we’ll send an intake form for both partners to complete before the first session. Book Now

Professional Coaching:
Contact us directly to discuss your needs. We’ll provide a personalized coaching plan and tailored workshops, and the next steps. Contact Us

What can I expect from my first counselling session?

Your first session is about creating comfort and understanding, we meet you where you're at. We’ll discuss what brings you to counselling, identify struggle points, and explore a plan to help you. Our client-centered approach is confidential, empathetic, and trauma-informed, ensuring you feel safe and supported every step of the way.
