How it Works

What to Expect When You Start Couples Counselling

Get started

Begin with a free 15-minute phone consultation with both partners. This gives you a chance to ask questions, understand the process, and ensure counselling feels like a good fit.

First session

After your consultation, we’ll send an intake form and schedule your first full session. Together, we’ll explore your goals, challenges, and what a healthy connection looks like for you both.

Ongoing support

Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs. Over time, you’ll build tools for clearer communication, stronger trust, and lasting understanding.

We believe mental health care should be accessible and transparent. Our rates reflect the therapist’s level of training and experience, and we also offer a sliding scale for meet every client's affordability. Sessions are available in-person, online, or by phone across Canada.
