Why Therapy?
Some people need help coping with unexpected events in their lives, such as a relationship ending or beginning, a death or a birth, loss of a job or student status, or past trauma. Other people use therapy to seek self-exploration and continue to work on personal growth. Sometimes people initiate therapy to support transitions they are making in life, or to explore various aspects of their identities. It isn’t uncommon for people to come to therapy saying that nothing has happened, they just don’t feel joyful or happy, or like they’ve lost their zest for life.
Additionally, therapy can help you identify and strengthen your positive qualities, provide support during these transitions, and help you recognize, understand, and break negative patterns in your life. What's the difference between counselling and coaching?
Counselling focuses on emotional well-being, mental health, and personal challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, and burnout. It is therapeutic, reflective, and helps you understand, process, and heal what you’re experiencing.
Coaching is future-focused and goal-oriented. It supports professional growth, managing workplace challenges, leadership development, performance enhancements, and clarity in decision-making. Coaching helps you plan, take action, and move toward specific goals.
How do I book an appointment?
Individual Counselling:
You can book directly with any therapist through our secure online system. If you’re unsure who to choose, an optional free 15-minute phone call is available. Book Now

Start with a required 15-minute phone call. After the call, we’ll send an intake form for both partners to complete before the first session. Book Now
